Wi5 undertook a Rail Passenger Safety Campaign in association with the Indian Railways.

The Reaction:
Wi5 undertook a Rail Passenger Safety Awareness Campaign in association with the Indian Railways
to create public awareness, especially among rail passengers.
1. against using mobile / listening to music when crossing the rail track
2. against the dangers of footboard travel on trains
3. against standing on the edge of the railway platform when waiting to board the train
The campaign involved awareness banners and distribution of awareness booklets by Zylog Wi5 volunteers.
Look at both ways before crossing and check for track signals.
Never talk on phone or listen to music while crossing.
Do not hang from the sides of the moving train.
Disembark only once the train has stopped moving.
Board the train only when it has come to a complete stop.
Always stand behind the yellow line - 5 feet away
from the edge of
the platform.
Do not carry crackers and other explosives in the train.
Check travel bags for inflammable items
before travel.
